Time

The building of ships can take time depending on the size, e.g a small raven class may take 3 days to build. While a intrepid would take at least a week to build. A scimitar or soverign would take along time to build because of their size also.

Shipyards

Each shipyard takes 3 weeks to build, are mostly the same and can build one ship at a time.

Ships

Factions can *NOT* build other factions ships unless they have extreeme intelegence on this ship, each ship created like this must be aproved by 2 admins and may not the factions newest class.

Deseigning Ships

Contary to popular belief you don't just fill in a stats form then build away. The steps are as follows:

Large Ships

Blueprints(A Week)
Theory Testing(2 Weeks/3 weeks for Super Ships)
Prototype(2 Weeks for normal ships/3 weeks for Super Ships)
Field Testing(2 Weeks)

Fighters/Small transports

Blueprints (3 days)
Theory testing (1 Weeks)
Prototype (1 week)
Field Testing (1 week)

Then you can put them into mass production.


Building weapons

Weapons can be designed by anyone, and made by any faction with resources to maintain an army/navy. This timetable is for fighter weapons and hand weapons. New capital ship weapons must be run past an admin first so s/he can check for sanity.

Develpoment stage:

Blueprints (2 days)
Theory testing (1 week)
Prototype (2 days)
Field testing (1 week)

Then they are ready for mass production
